Why annoying!?

In the first sketches we would have had at worst a width of 4 meters in the north part of the house. Our kitchen is 3.20 meters wide on one side, and we pragmatically planned the kitchen there.

It stands directly on our property line.

In this district, plots of land that we would otherwise consider cost 500-600 euros per sqm. Yes, that is too much for us. Especially since we don't need a 1,000 sqm plot.

Still, to speak/write of "so limited" is quite disrespectful.

Just bring on the hand sketches. I still don't have the statement about the played L in my mind.

Oh no, I'm really starting to get cynical .... it's unbelievable.

That has nothing whatsoever to do with a lack of respect. I think everyone has the problem of a limited budget (myself included). I thought that one would not buy such a difficult plot of land without a good reason, especially since you yourself write that easier-to-build plots are available practically next door in the new development area. Conclusion: Either you simply didn’t think it through (no judgment intended!), or you simply don’t have the necessary money.

But anyone who seriously considers investing significant sums in an underground garage for their car under this premise (and here we are probably not talking about the upper luxury segment) is, in my opinion, setting completely wrong priorities. That’s what I wanted to point out… for which you, by the way, thanked me again on page 29 in post #171. Do you share an account?
