A carpenter is not necessarily more expensive than Hülsta and the like

OT: Dear ones, please explain where the expectation comes from that Hülsta and the like should be cheaper than a carpenter? Whoever is a furniture manufacturer today for high-quality cabinet furniture offers an extensive selection of type plans. The materials and surfaces are at least just as expensive and often the selection here is larger, which means "more" storage capacity. Labor, machines, electricity – I can't see what could justify a cheaper production even in the slightest. What one offers in individuality, the other does with a large selection of materials or colors. Everyone has their justification and their price.

I consider the spiteful comments as local folklore.
