Hello everyone!
We have purchased a triangular plot of land. As if that weren’t complicated enough, a massive oak tree also has to be taken into account during the planning. In the initial considerations, it quickly became clear that the floor plan will have an L-shape.
Does anyone here have experience with such a plot shape and a correspondingly shaped floor plan? What information is still needed here to receive effective help?

Is there a building envelope? If there is a development plan, then please quote it.
What size house do you need? How many floors? Garage? Carport? Parking spaces?
The neighboring property... is that still open for development as well? Do you know how the construction there is planned?

There is no development plan.
2 floors and basement. In the basement we are planning a granny flat. Living area 200 sqm, rather a bit more.
Garage in the basement on the right towards the neighbor. The neighboring plot is already developed.
