Ok, you can possibly google that on Maps, but what strikes me now is the approximate centrality of the oak tree. If that is the case, 6 meters remain for the house if you use the entire possible length. That means a built-up area of 96 sqm, leaving about 160 sqm of living space in two stories. I don’t see any possibility for a garage basement where you could create windows or any living space in its driveway. Did you buy the land from the municipality? Then I would withdraw from the purchase contract if you can’t come to terms with the 6 meter width or are financially dependent on a granny flat. Two-thirds of the property is undevelopable..... there is a duty to inform on the part of the municipality, in my opinion
Bought from a private seller. Obviously no withdrawal possible. We will go through with it now
