What exactly do you not like? About everything?

And what would you do differently or have done?

We are still in the draft phase...

For example, I am not yet 100% happy with the windows or their arrangement. The basic shape is dictated by the property. There’s not much more that can be done.

What is the construction supposed to cost? It doesn't necessarily look cheap.

Good!

The offset in the wall then allows 90° angles with optimal use up to the clearance areas. Well executed! Large south-facing window in the living-dining area is in the right place.

The entrance bay/cube makes the narrow south-west tip of the building window usable.

The problem is that the living space will hardly exceed 110 sqm (including basement, excluding garage).

Because it recently came up again here in the forum: Would a recessed stepped storey be possible, for example, to get another bedroom on the roof? Ask your architect about it. If you can’t build wide, then build up! Greetings from New York.

I don't think the view is that bad. You can't say much without a floor plan. Are there any updates regarding buildability?

But basically, this style is intended, right? It's a matter of taste. I like it too, but not with three floors; it always looks like a multi-family house.

In my opinion, the entrance with the stairs does not enhance the house. And I can't shake the feeling that this entrance is due to the basement apartment. I would have left out the basement apartment if my assumption is correct, because I believe the house does not benefit from these visible three stories. If it is not going to be a basement apartment, one should consider whether the window needs to be so visible.

And of course, everything depends rather on the floor plan.

Has pretty much hit the mark

The optics are debatable
To me, the entrance and the garage look like simply attached building blocks

The main entrance is only accessible by stairs, my parents and my parents-in-law have that, I find it impractical.

I also don't like the window in the basement
