Katja ... once again great ... but there is still nothing to read from the OP, such as clarification of the development up to the sidewalk.

And the actual desire was for a granny flat in the basement.

Now give the OP some time. Standard planning already takes a long time, so it will take significantly longer here to officially check all options.

Still, such a plot is really a pain, unless the builder has more than enough money left.

Even with that, you can only make the house nicer, not the property. I stick to my point: with enough money in reserve, you would buy a property where you don't have to solve these problems in the first place.

Hehe, if the situation doesn't improve, that is utopian. But I think the OP already knows that.

Yes, this will surely take a while now. Maybe he will manage to fell the tree after all. Considering the planned felling actions in the nearby area and as part of the compensatory measures that will certainly take place, he might be able to "slip in" there and the oak will be felled. On the other hand – why should they care about his suffering? Maybe he should rather invest the money he would have to withdraw additionally for the exorbitant construction method into a hefty gift basket for the environmental office?

#213 last Sunday. In the middle of a conversation, no more answers...
Somehow the OP is letting the thread lose steam
