Actually, this cheeky comment doesn’t deserve a response. But alright...

Do you even know the purchase price we paid?

Bet accepted.

Thank you very much for your work!

We are imagining a mirrored L shape. That would work, right?

I have quietly followed all the drama here so far and am glad that at least Escoda didn’t make a fuss right away. In my opinion, the plot, especially if it was cheap, is not so impossible and even quite appealing with a full-grown oak at the edge. L or T shapes fit. Ask yourselves, what is really a must, what is nice to have! Without this underground garage, which I find completely stupid, it floods during heavy rain, expensive, takes up space, the car can also stand outside, it’s a car, not made of sugar, that thing, so without it it might be easier. Possibly you also have to give up some square meters, I think a professional has to help you here anyway. But never give up. Besides, you will soon also own a house somewhere near Leipzig, because you will win the bet. Although not without compromises. But, there is no free lunch, says the Brit, and life is no pony farm, says the North German. Good luck. Karsten
