Only prepare empty conduits and no cables. Either no one installs them for you or you have to sign a disclaimer. Apart from that, you actually can't have no budget for a photovoltaic system, since the system generates more than it costs.

First of all, thank you very much for the feedback!

"Normal," meaning empty conduits of standard size?

We took 40s, that was enough. But there are also systems where you need more, although that is rather not the rule.

Then one more question about the heat pump:

Since we switched to the heat pump at short notice, the heating engineer naturally had to modify his offer. We were aware that the heat pump would be more expensive for us. However, that the heating engineer also added quite a few hours was indeed an unpleasant surprise.

Is it actually possible to say in general that the additional effort for the heat pump amounts to so many hours compared to a simple gas/solar system? Of course, with the same installation situation. I am of the opinion that the additional effort cannot possibly be that much more...

In my opinion, this is just a hefty surcharge for nothing and nothing again. Our heat pump from Alpha Innotec was fully prepared and operational within 1-2 hours. The parts are pre-filled and basically plug-and-play. Flushing and filling the underfloor heating took longer than that.

Now that the screed has been laid for 2 weeks, we are wondering whether the drying process should be accelerated with a heating fan or something similar, or if it should simply be left to "air dry"? What is better? Is it true that the screed must have been heated at least once with the underfloor heating? As with all questions, there are many different answers to this one as well...
