Not everything - so far only the house, or rather the buildability of the plot. Your thread, on the other hand, is exciting. I'm really curious what the architect will propose. What was actually planned in the positive preliminary building inquiry?

Don't take it personally. Everyone here has a limited budget and would have bought a different plot of land and built a different house if they had unlimited funds. This is the case for everyone here!
