I will never understand why people spend money on the house of the car. Especially in this case here, where for architectural and construction services it is already foreseeable that significantly more money than "average" will have to be spent and the budget is obviously so limited that the purchase even happened...

A good example of why I'm here: We always wanted to have a garage. So it was taken for granted in the planning. There are various indications that this is nonsense. You think about it and realize: "The people are right. I actually don't need a (underground) garage!"

...minus 3 meters of clearance area and 1.50 to the tree leaves you 5.50 for the house.

Well, where does it stand then, if not on the property, from where is the 7m radius valid.

Tree relocated ... still on property boundary, since exact location is not known. From there, 7m and 8.5m radius. House floor plan still from previous oak position. You can see, it will get even tighter because the house is already within the additional 1.5m radius
