Hm, but it doesn't make sense now to just put the tree somewhere on the line at random. If you move the trunk 5 meters to the left, you would have space for a 6-meter-wide house. Of course, there's still something in between.

By the way, there are great narrow houses, many are awarded or nominated in architecture. But they don't suit everyone.

Well, a creative architect can definitely make something out of that. 3x70m² GFA can definitely be achieved. Timber frame, lots of glass.

The large diameter of the oak also comes from the fact that it is a multi-stemmed oak. A photo with the property on it can be found on the developer's homepage of the Tuchmacherviertel under "das Gelände". The sketches with the tree position are already visually very close to the picture. Possibly the trunk is slightly more to the left.

No, look, Google Maps is underneath and the tree is placed quite precisely.

You don't have to build on every little corner in the city. In my opinion, something like that belongs to it. Undo the purchase, if possible. Everything else is nonsense.

And if you also have to subtract 2 meters at the bottom, oh dear... when on the phone, you unfortunately only see half, and scrolling eats up data volume...
