gladly once again: for me, "building a house" is much more than planning, namely also execution, quality, living comfort, support after moving in, transparency in pricing, and much more. Planning is the only point I criticize about S.

Which other wooden house manufacturers are there? On recommendation from here, I looked into Thoma and find it very interesting. It is difficult to visit a house. Baufritz: I think it’s great, but unfortunately the price goes up.

Fullwood, I am waiting for an appointment.

It will be cool when we also talk about Steinhauer ..... or Frammelsberger.

Hi, no, we are not attached to the straight staircase. I find it nice, but it is not a "must-have". Currently, it is planned to use the space under the stairs as a storage room.

The long corridors annoy me too. I have not seen a solution (after looking through many floor plans) that gets by without them if you have many rooms downstairs. Most just don't have them connected but simply somewhere else a corridor, but in total just as many. Ideas are very welcome here.

Huh? I advise an architect and you say "we did that... planner..." I mean an independent architect. Period. And with the paid architect’s plan you go to the builder you trust. Think about whether you’re maybe overreaching a bit by trying to do a house plan when you’re surprised about what 4 x 5 meters are or what kind of room results from that. Your painters can tell that you can’t handle dimensions. I don’t like it for the same reason as a few days ago, because the hallway doesn’t invite me to enter this house, since I look at a wall (I think a door was there a few days ago, but that doesn’t matter) Whether this is to become a bungalow or a two-family house — no matter with this hallway. You can only change that by simply reconsidering this entrance situation (hallway) fundamentally and "straightening it out," which is also possible with a more open dining area, whatever. The other small details don’t need to be discussed now anyway if another design results anyway. Your problem is: You can’t find your reset button.
