ah, I hadn't understood that at all yet .... is there a similar approach to calculating construction costs for timber construction? How high are the ancillary construction costs that one can realistically expect?

Bau ancillary costs have nothing to do with that anyway.
And I have already posted the other thing here a long time ago. You have to read the posts yourself ...

We live House builds individual solid wood houses.

Our house is designed for people with disabilities. So far, only the bank's appraiser has noticed this. Nevertheless, we have a classic layout with sleeping and living areas upstairs. The staircase can be equipped with a lift at any time. Turning circles are planned.

Additional construction costs cannot be specified exactly. They vary greatly. Occasionally, 20% of the construction sum is suggested for flat plots.
