Look, if you have the impression that almost everyone here is just contradicting you foolishly, it could actually be as you believe:
But: At least with 50% probability, it could also be that YOUR standpoint is just as wrong as these people tell you here. Since you apparently almost alone represent your position A but several others, even independently, represent position B, it is significantly more likely that position B might be correct; at least one should give it more weight and reconsider one’s own position A instead of feeling offended or mistreated. BECAUSE: You are here to hear these opinions and not to receive praise.
In your original post, you wrote, among other things, roughly (please correct me if I am misrepresenting this), that back then at the company Stommel Haus the architect had no good ideas and you were dissatisfied (yet you still built with them??). Now, many years later, although you were dissatisfied with this performance back then, you go again to the same company and report again that nothing decent comes from the architect; still, you stick with this company and call all other suggestions for floor plans or house-building companies here in the forum inappropriate, “unobjective” or “without flair”. I believe that in each case you act correctly or too decisively (which does not necessarily have to be bad) and are looking for someone (including now the 2nd architect) who will build IT exactly as you tell them, even if it is widely regarded as nonsense and nonfunctional. At the latest, the floor plan situation you called optimal, where you would almost have to walk around the house in a raincoat because the WC/bathroom is currently occupied in order to be able to use your entire house from the enclosed bedroom, should make crystal clear to you that you have gotten yourself stuck here. But no, after you have “corrected” this nonsense in terms of planning, you explain that the previous nonsense was in fact better (see raincoat).
That reminds me of a wrong-way driver who complains about the many oncoming cars, sorry. We both might be a few days older, which is why we also have the right (or rather take it) to be a bit stranger than some others. Nevertheless, we should be aware of this and our weaknesses and listen to professional and especially neutral advice, even if it does not suit us entirely. I am no floor plan expert and cannot draw, so I am happy to accept help. You clearly have no idea about functional floor plans and should rather acknowledge that and get help than be offended and deny the forum participants their existing, constructive intention to improve your miserable floor plan.
Very few people here are truly constructive. Very few. That’s a shame.
