You see .. 2 steps are built over ... given the steepness of your stairs, at least if I look at the length, these 2 steps will be closer to 37 than 35 cm.

Then the 3rd step is exactly under the edge .. at a clear height of 258 cm there is still a good 200 cm of headroom ... and now you come down with 180 cm from above and want to go from the 4th to the 3rd step and, since you tend to push off slightly, exactly there is the bottleneck.
