Hi, the thing about the power house was already mentioned in the very first post. In between, I also posted a link to an identical one so that people could get an idea, but it was edited by the admins.

I have already posted the plan once, but this post was also deleted. For whatever reason. I am attaching it here again.

The requirements have meanwhile been sufficiently discussed and are known.

these are minor things that I don't like about the room layout. But it's a matter of personal taste: - bedroom on the wall to the utility room because of noise development in the utility room - kitchen in the middle of the house - in general, it's too "open" for me, too few enclosed rooms. It reminds me a lot of HUF.

Staircase... either a stringer staircase, where the stringers are clad low down in the hallway and up in the utility room, but preferably a folded plate staircase.

So, the street is at the bottom of the plan, right? Where will the main terrace be? Where is north? Is the black spot on the right the electrical box? A HUF house is not recognizable just by the floor plan, although I would move in there immediately... into the HUF house. You really need to draw in more details; do it by hand and label: north arrow, street, terrace, dimensions, correct doors + windows, furniture. This won't work otherwise.

This statement, which is presumably mostly misunderstood as a compliment, almost sounds like something indecent coming from a Stommel house fan. Something like "bourgeois" among the '68ers.

I have 2 options: 1.) draw in the free online tool without measurements or 2.) post the plan from the planner. Anything else would mean printing, drawing on it, and scanning it. I have neither a printer (I live paperless and like it that way) nor a scanner. Yes, bottom = south = street. The terrace will be planned somewhere on the remaining property after we’ve lived there for 1 year and know where the sun is when. Independent of the house. By the way, I like HUF. Friends work there, I know the houses, I know the HUF village, etc. It’s just not my taste.
