That makes sense, we don’t follow it completely consistently because of the quoted sea view as well as the optional possibility to install a stairlift. Personally, I would not plan a separate room on the upper floor for each use, but would already have pipes/connections installed in the wall to later have a separate apartment. I think one room can serve as both a guest room and an office, hobby, or TV room; one would be enough for me, and I wouldn’t need two extra rooms for the children who come sometimes. I usually try to think according to the principle: What is frequent - and what is rare; from this usually/not always the decision results. Keeping rooms in reserve doesn’t make sense to me because it would take space away from my own life; I like to live generously. Wife downstairs visiting - I upstairs watching TV, wife annoyed with me - upstairs in the hobby room or me in the garden house - We think similarly, but we aren’t completely consistent either; such an apartment could easily be accessible for us via an outside staircase, so it’s possible. Or ... who knows, one moves upstairs and the child or whoever separately downstairs. I already imagine now how a separated living situation could be without disturbing each other; nevertheless, everything will be subordinated to my current life as I like it today. Should the case arise that the upper floor apartment is needed, it must be possible for you to organize the separation with just a few measures so that a completely separate apartment is created upstairs, including kitchen connection, sewage, TV, phone, staircase, separate heating room, separate water meters, electricity meters, etc. This is not free of cost but still feasible with manageable expenses beforehand. We would like to plan so that today we already have everything we need for daily necessities on one level.
....I never doubted that and I myself am storm-tested -And yes, I can handle a lot of fuss and I respond accordingly. Don’t worry.
