I still saw your profession before you deleted it. So you should be aware that the admin here does not read all posts, but only when he is either directly addressed with "@" or when you write to him. Posting a call here therefore makes little sense.

I would say, the concept is, in my opinion, useless anyway. You need an architect who designs something for you. Once the initial discussions have taken place, come back with the plans and we will start from the beginning.
