Unfortunately, 99% of them are the same old boring standard, the same for 20 years. Currently, the planner of the house-building company is drawing up plans, let's see what he can do.

Sorry but I can't follow you there. I don't know this company but in the references there are super chic houses (in my humble opinion) like "Unterreichenbach," for example. Something like that would at least show me that this company understands modern taste and apparently can implement it as well. Surely there are different views on what "flair" and "0815" mean and I don't know how you justify your "20 years statement." You have also received good tips in the forum. I would really be interested in general to know what flair means to you or what you consider 0815.

Then the builders want it without flair and 08/15. Few companies build such different houses in this company size.
