You are not planning a window there because after 6 m the neighbor's house wall comes. It is only meant to be an example that something nice can be created on 3 m for the eye, for a positive spatial feeling. You should not squeeze your dining area in there. You have more space.

I agree that a window should go there. Otherwise, the neighbor's wall already comes after 3 meters .....

You might want to update your plan now with a pencil, adding furniture, windows, the door situation for the bathroom / utility room / dressing room, etc., then we could all better follow along; at least I could. .....therefore, please mark everything in and upload the current version again. Hmm, 's suggestion is cramped (was only meant as an inspiration), but then you mention in passing that you want to build a ---SMALL--- terrace for it... on the street side??? I would rather choose the more secluded one. I see it like , that precisely because this area lies quite marginally next to the neighbor, you should deliberately do something to beautify it there, because then you would also really enjoy looking out of the -still missing- dining room window. It doesn’t even need depth there, beauty is enough. Unfortunately, I can’t really picture your property (blond) but I remember that on one side there is the electrical box, which should not be in the line of sight (I wouldn’t find that too bad), then the street side, which is generally not to be considered a scenic view, and on the other side now the neighbor with his wall. Or am I confusing something? Isn’t there a plan or an overview with these objects marked?

I don't quite understand why you don't like my suggestions in #229 or #230....

might tell us that - because they could be used directly.

What? Wall stands on stairs or what? Cantilevered stairs, which are built laboriously, or an elaborate beam?

Is that so?

I would have brought something in long ago if there were compressed information... not that I constantly have to check pages regarding the plot, now I read something about an electricity hut.
I give up.
Regarding the design: a house plan is not perfect from one day to the next - this one now has a starting idea that can be built upon. Quite amateurishly executed, in my opinion. Not smooth at all.
