Right path, wrong person. You need an architect who can listen and deal with your detailed and written briefing. I have a recommendation in Oberberg region.

It can certainly be planned that way with a dining kitchen and a separate living room. I also like this solution better. You just have to look for the right architect and not take the first one you find.

Your design is directly for the round shelf.

Maybe there are drafts here that show me what you mean.

It would be more helpful if you said a little about what you are looking for. Apart from "exceptional" and living room separated from kitchen, you haven't revealed much yet. Take a good look at your floor plan and furnish it with scale paper cut-out furniture. Then you'll see that there are many not so practical corners. Imagine you are walking with shopping bags, right and left, through the slanted door. You can surely imagine that it's easier from one side than from the other, right? Imagine you come in through the front door. Where do you put shoes, jacket, and keys? What do you particularly like about your current living situation? Maybe that is a good starting point for replanning. And with this house size, keep an eye on your budget.

Because many corners are rubbish. Corners are not habitable, only the area in between.

§23, paragraph 3, Land Use Ordinance
A minor projection of building parts may be permitted.
Where does the site plan actually come from? Who set the building boundary?
If the building boundaries are binding, the minor extent may have been exceeded:
