Bungalow 133 Hanse Haus. Instead of the large wardrobe, a staircase is installed in the show house.

Yes, I have looked intensively at other manufacturers and found that Stommel Haus is far ahead of other manufacturers in terms of timber house construction (not all). The often-heard blanket statement "We can also clad the wall with wood" shows me that they have not understood it. But it may be that you only find that out after experiencing the advantages and disadvantages of wood for several years. We have consciously decided so far for the construction, technology, wall structure, processing details, etc. of Stommel Haus.

No!
You yourself (please reread what YOU wrote at the beginning) sharply criticized the planning of your first Stommel Haus house; you were not satisfied with the result.
Incomprehensibly, after many years you went back to Stommel Haus again and were very dissatisfied again (please reread that as well).
Whoever wants to understand that, I sadly do not.

Describing the other house builders as basically backward is somewhat arrogant, because nowadays, unlike back then when we both built for the first time, there are many providers who build timber houses in an innovative and modern way.
Current Google reviews do not only write good things about Stommel Haus, even though I don’t give much weight to them myself, but please don’t portray it as if Stommel Haus has the sole competence in proper timber house construction and all competitors are stupid or incapable.

yes, pretty much exactly 4x5m.

I would try to place the kitchen differently so it feels more open and the walking paths are more practical.
These fixed windows don’t bring anything in my opinion...
I would also move the door to the living room further to the right according to the plan so that you have the niche with the chest of drawers in the living room and not in the hallway where you hardly notice something like that.

I don't know of any even remotely adequately convoluted Rensch house.

In the current plan, you have a total of 3 necessary drainage lines: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, which is a point that generates effort/costs.

I repeat the question: Are you attached to the straight staircase or could it also be spiral or similar? That usually saves some space.

I find the corridor in the last proposal to be exclusively long, narrow, dark and it has no other function than transit; on the opposite wall side there is only the second walkway through the kitchen, but it costs as much as living space.

I find the entrance to the living room directly next to the couch less cozy because you cannot see who is coming in.

Window directly next to the window can easily cause glare when looking outside; the version from in my opinion conveys more coziness.
