Which reference of which manufacturer are you talking about? For me, run-of-the-mill is: front door in, stairs to the left, guest WC behind it, pantry and kitchen to the right, followed by a large living-dining area. Upstairs 2 children's rooms, parents' dressing room and bathroom. We are thinking about: - Parents’ bedroom and bathroom downstairs (similar to a bungalow), but without a huge living room downstairs, instead a sitting area and the TV room separately upstairs. - no dining room but table in/at the kitchen - Terrace not at the living room but at the kitchen Such topics, and gladly many more new ideas.

Maybe Neo simply didn’t find the construction company you built with. At least that’s how it is for me, so I don’t see any reference houses either. Maybe it’s all just a misunderstanding ???

Those references I just described to you exactly, like e.g. "Haus Unterreichenbach." One click further is the next, beautiful house with a modern floor plan, next click and so on.....many of them.
Sure, you can do it that way, but does it have to be called modern because of that? It’s more a question of the use of the existing space. There are living bedrooms, kitchens with integrated relaxation areas, terraces all around the house and all kinds of things, but that does not make it more or less modern or non-08/15.
Some people get goosebumps at the thought of having only one terrace in front of the kitchen or would miss a nicely designed dining room with fireplace and wine bar etc.
You write that you are "thinking about it," and that’s how it should be. But for that reason, your taste might be seen as stuffy or 08/15 by others. What you describe existed or partly I myself had it like that 30 years ago and it was and still is perfectly fine.
The 08/15 and 20-year thing is solely your own perception and that’s how it should be. But you shouldn’t use this label to disparage other current (perceived as modern) tastes.
What you are thinking about can be done like someone else wanting a roof balcony or a sauna in the bathroom, but unfortunately I cannot see any innovation or notable modernity or a quantum leap in your idea.

That may be the case, but then it is more likely due to "not reading carefully." it is written exactly here. As I wrote afterwards, you have to enter EXACTLY THAT into Google and I also mentioned the reference house by name, it is called Oberreichenbach instead of Unterreichenbach. However, this company obviously also invested a lot of money in SEO measures so that it can be found well on Google. So one shouldn’t really miss it...... you can’t, if you enter the words exactly as wrote them: "Wir - leben - Haus". In addition, wrote that someone from them is already drawing there or am I misunderstanding that?

I’m not keeping up, I can’t find any description from you about references... maybe I’m blind. And 08/15 was by no means meant negatively or derogatorily by me. I didn’t mention "bourgeois."

I got it, you are referring to Haydee and not to one of your own posts, plus the wrong house name leads to misunderstandings.
