That may be true for you. Then everyone with a bungalow would have problems.
We sleep quite wonderfully on the ground floor. And the cat can come in and out without any problems.

the OP writes about this

Basically, in such a situation, at least the preparatory planning of a home lift is quite sensible.

But you don’t have to if you plan a bedroom on the ground floor right away. I think they had something to do with Die.

Take a look at the Schwörerhaus E15 263.2 bungalow. It should roughly have your space requirements – whether it fits you, you will see then. If children come or a hobby room is needed or whatever, you can convert the attic. The classic Stadtvilla 2VG just produces a huge upper floor with your layout that might never be needed. Because I pass by it every day, take a look at the Orlando from Rensch-Haus. It has an extension with one more room on the ground floor. There you can see how much useless space is upstairs. If you plan a two-family house, e.g. Schwörerhaus M15-199.2, it will never become an open, modern single-family house. It is and remains a compromise.

Is a deterioration or even a wheelchair expected for you? Hanse Haus has the bungalow 139 which would then work. In the show house, at the place of the storage room there is a staircase to the basement.

To have more planning freedom, I would not define the passage between garage and house as a must. Especially since then you create a second small hallway (walkway) inside the house.

At the Schwörerhaus E15 263.2, you can also very well do cooking/dining on the terrace from the eating/living area and make a retreat living room from the cooking/pantry.

There are reasons why a bedroom is usually on the upper floor.

I have two floor-to-ceiling windows with a French balcony and can look out over the garden from my bed.

I do not want to sleep with open floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor in summer. But true, modern houses have a ventilation system. Then you don't need to open a window either.

But that’s just my opinion. Everyone can do as they please. There are also people who sleep in the basement. Or in the attic.
It is important to me that I sleep well.
