thank you very much for your work, especially seeing the basic dimensions planned completely differently is really a great help. We find the upper floor wonderfully designed. In the ground floor, it is unpleasant for us that you come straight into the kitchen from the front door. Guest toilet and office could be significantly smaller, we would omit the partition from the living room. With the sofa arrangement shown there, we would wonder where to put a TV on the wall; we would definitely put a large south-facing window towards the garden. Regarding the straight staircase, that would mean too long walking distances to the attic in our opinion; a half-turned or landing staircase is clearly preferable in our view.
We have docked the dining table to the kitchen. In the current floor plan (where we have removed the protrusion in the dining area and slightly reduced the hallway towards the top of the plan). This is, in our opinion, very good for the room structure, however, you no longer walk from the hallway towards the window but towards the dining table. And the people sitting with their backs to the window now look into the hallway.
Alternatively, the variant from Baufritz, where the sofa is on the left. The "problem" with the walking path from the hallway towards the window is solved here, but the staircase has to be moved further to the right so that you enter the living room from the staircase and not in front of a wall. The room divider at the sofa is supposed to be half-height and have space for the TV.
