Ok, 3.80.... I missed a box
Also, with 7 meters and about a meter per window, I would reconsider "the special". Even Alfred Biolek used the word "interesting" when he didn't like something
There are many special things that are only special because over time and study you have learned to avoid them
Apart from the appearance, you will not have a generous view, but always a little wall in between, which also cannot be properly furnished* (4 windows make 3 little walls + 2 corners... then the wall panel with the same gap. Visually you would now have to balance this out with an even zone of the same size so that the room does not look too busy).
And now on the topic of kitchen and view:
has already nicely shown you that you are wasting some space with your wall panel.
This could initially be left out in the planning and later consider where this wall panel could find a place.
Two harmonious double windows would give you a passage to the terrace directly in the kitchen, on the partition wall a counter could stand crosswise. The situation is such that you do not always work straight at the counter, but from right to left or vice versa (e.g. chopping and then putting it into the pot next to it). Thus you don’t look straight through a window, but the view sometimes wanders 60 degrees to the left or right.
For me it was also a priority to look out the window into the garden, but I rarely had a design where the counter was wastefully placed in front of a window. Everything at an angle up to 90 degrees and over 4 meters is doable and has no loss of quality in cooking and enjoyment. Then draw a sightline to where the view from the counter through a window wanders and let a scenery grow in the garden there.
Apart from that, I would probably try mirroring the hallway and stairs so that the corridor door moves further toward the top of the plan...
*the same applies to the living-dining area
