Where is the terrace door that you are talking about? And where is north supposed to be now? Show the property

Hello Yvonne,
Thanks first of all. So with the staircase there is still some space in the hallway. This is the narrow version, which maybe doesn't quite fit, that's true. So far, the developers had about 2.4 x 1.75 staircase dimension. I wanted the staircase to be a bit longer to not waste space in the hallway.

The raw construction length of the kitchen is about 3.80m, the 3.25m are with a small distance to reach the window.
The reason for the windows at the top is the sloping roof and the knee wall of 75 cm.

I admit it is a strict architectural approach that we like precisely because it represents something special.

The windows are currently 1.135m.
The gable is 7m long, so already relatively wide.

Attached is a picture of the building structure. The north line runs from bottom left to top right (DIN A4 sheet).. so slightly diagonal.

The patio door is freely selectable.
Currently the third window ("exit" in the pencil drawing)

p.s. The staircase can also be made to the left. It would be at the expense of the room to the left.

It would often be so much easier if the drawings already included the north arrow ... and not described somewhere in the text, which you always have to search for first

Otherwise, with your plan, you actually have about 200 cm in width out of the 325 cm in the kitchen as pure traffic area, because it is difficult to furnish.

About one meter above and below the imagined partition wall. That is 6 sqm.

On 325 cm width, however, an island results in a maximum from the left:
60 cm row, 90 cm aisle, 95 cm island, 80 cm aisle ... works, but measured from the structural shell. And next to it then the 6 sqm free space

Ok, 3.80.... I missed a box
Also, with 7 meters and about a meter per window, I would reconsider "the special". Even Alfred Biolek used the word "interesting" when he didn't like something
There are many special things that are only special because over time and study you have learned to avoid them
Apart from the appearance, you will not have a generous view, but always a little wall in between, which also cannot be properly furnished* (4 windows make 3 little walls + 2 corners... then the wall panel with the same gap. Visually you would now have to balance this out with an even zone of the same size so that the room does not look too busy).

And now on the topic of kitchen and view:
has already nicely shown you that you are wasting some space with your wall panel.
This could initially be left out in the planning and later consider where this wall panel could find a place.
Two harmonious double windows would give you a passage to the terrace directly in the kitchen, on the partition wall a counter could stand crosswise. The situation is such that you do not always work straight at the counter, but from right to left or vice versa (e.g. chopping and then putting it into the pot next to it). Thus you don’t look straight through a window, but the view sometimes wanders 60 degrees to the left or right.
For me it was also a priority to look out the window into the garden, but I rarely had a design where the counter was wastefully placed in front of a window. Everything at an angle up to 90 degrees and over 4 meters is doable and has no loss of quality in cooking and enjoyment. Then draw a sightline to where the view from the counter through a window wanders and let a scenery grow in the garden there.

Apart from that, I would probably try mirroring the hallway and stairs so that the corridor door moves further toward the top of the plan...

*the same applies to the living-dining area
