Just read properly once: The "living space" I quoted does not refer to the living room, lounge, or the like, but to the space in the house that is not usable area (e.g., cellar). Because the "living space" constitutes the floor area. Why should I sacrifice floor space in the attic for something that, at least for me, is more suitably stored in the cellar. Everyone can wash clothes however and wherever they want, place laundry baskets or machines as they wish, and I have not criticized anyone for that.

However, I will not let anyone insinuate here that I want to justify or defend something. I have merely stated what I personally prefer.

Are the pipes really already installed? I don’t see any. Otherwise, the shower as marked in the photo. Or should the wall recess from the laundry shaft be included in the shower? Where is the plan?

Since it is drywall: couldn't you move the flap to the hallway and close the opening here and then tile over it?

I wouldn’t want to have to walk to the hallway every time (possibly even naked) because of the laundry. It’s already convenient being right in the bathroom.

Where does the information about the hallway being on the opposite side come from?

Thanks. Unfortunately, you still can't see which materials were used there. If it was clad with plasterboard on the inside, moisture is not exactly good. If it is a built-in part made of plastic, it should rather not be a problem.

No, to optimize the heat pump. The laundry is done on the side, you’re down there all the time anyway ;)
