Garage side door does not open at ground-level terrace

Please provide some (partly already requested) information. The easiest would be a plan with measurements showing what is where, so one can really get an idea.

I am also missing a simple 2D plan to see how the garage door/garage is positioned relative to the terrace/house.

Are you even allowed to build such a large terrace on the small plot? What is your floor area ratio and which floor area ratio is permitted?

I am allowed to, but that is not the issue.

If it really is about 3 cm, it can be managed, no one will see that from a distance. Cutting around the door also voids the manufacturer's warranty and the guarantee.

The stones are higher than the garage, if nothing is done there, it will no longer be barrier-free.

We never thought about such issues during the house construction, if there were problems, there was a solution, there was never much discussion, but cutting around the door is the worst possible solution, first it rusts, usually doesn't look good, the warranty and guarantee are gone, and if it breaks in the process it will get expensive.

First of all, hats off to the architect for having the courage to design a "cozy" seating group for four on a 2m deep terrace.

Aco Drain channel in front of the garage side door since that is the lowest point, then with a gentle slope towards the terrace door. From there, continue flat (with a slope away from the house) so that the barrier-free door is possible.

The only downside: The terrace slopes not just in one direction, but it will be very gentle and not extremely noticeable. I wouldn’t step it either. Especially no 15cm step directly at the door to then go back up to the garage.

You also have to like the trapped parking space in the garage, but lack of space makes one inventive ;-)
It is also not allowed everywhere if a second parking space is required.
