Before the start of construction, I got an offer for laying the network cables. It would have cost about €4200 gross for 36 cables including patch panels and connecting. On top of that, the cable routing for the external connections would have been added.

Since that was too expensive for me, I procured all the materials myself and directly commissioned the electrician of my general contractor separately for laying the cables. That was significantly cheaper.

Nevertheless, all of that together with all the hardware, the cameras, APs, UPS, NAS and small parts cost at least a very high four-figure amount.

So please keep that in mind, in addition to the installation costs, there are also costs for hardware.

Laying the cables is also not rocket science. You can still save money here.

You must not include the hardware. It’s like sanitary equipment...
One person puts everything on a shelf and the next buys a 48U rack from Rittal. There are also large ranges for cameras, NAS, switches, routers, APs, patch panels, ...
For example, just the hardware alone (without laying, etc.) already amounts to a mid five-figure sum for me.

I looked again closely at the general construction description and the additional price list for electrical work.
Just referring to internet and television stuff (more sockets will also be added and cause costs).

"Internet" is not explicitly mentioned at all in the construction description. The only thing related to television:

Then the items from the additional price list that could relate to internet and television:

    [*]Ceiling or wall outlet flush-mounted: €41
    [*]Antenna connection (TV) incl. connection socket: €115
    [*]CAT 7 connection cable with CAT 6 connection socket on both ends: €120
    [*]Telephone connection incl. cable without connection socket (Telekom service): €80

Regarding my plan:
- If I want to supply 5 rooms with SAT cable, I have to pay for two extra (three included according to BB) -> 2 * €115 = €230
- If I want 20 CAT 7 cables installed and connected to CAT 6 sockets, I have to pay for all 20 -> 20 * €120 = €2,400
- 10 LAN double sockets + 2 APs on the ceiling -> 12 * €41 = €492

No idea whether hardware and/or labor is included. There might also be additional CAT7 cables in rooms not yet planned, as well as all the sockets that according to BB will also not be sufficient.
So I can probably expect a high four-figure amount, right? Luckily, I planned a good buffer in the financing.

Construction companies typically list material + labor in their surcharge lists. Where do the €41 for a LAN double socket come from? Of course, you always need a laid cable to the patch panel including two double sockets material.

From the first item "Ceiling or wall outlet flush-mounted: 41 €" Or is that already included in "CAT 7 connection cable with CAT 6 connector on both ends: 120 €"?

If you want to connect the access point to a 230V line with a 16A fuse, a ceiling outlet would be the right choice.
