Costs for interior finishing: flooring, walls, ceilings

We are currently contacting several painting companies. Walls and ceilings cover around 750m2 here. Offers so far range between 14K - 20K euros (spackling/sanding/priming/wallpapering/painting). I thought 10K would be enough.

Hmm, what are they supposed to fill? Q2 is enough if you can live with a dent here and there. Then they would be very expensive. Q3 means at least one more filling and sanding, then it would be 14. We have 130 sqm of drywall to fill, Q2 is enough for me, [Aufvdie Fugen Rissband], on the edges acrylic sealant. It is 145sqm. Walls and ceilings. Below, fine concrete joints to be filled, crack tape embedded in filler, sanding, etc. Above, drywall, crack tape, filling, sanding. Then fleece plus paint on ceilings and walls. Three offers received so far within the mentioned range. In Berlin.

That would obviously be quite expensive. I had expected lower amounts.
