Strategy for selling a house - what is the best way to proceed?

No, no. We didn't even look at that one after the family was there and unanimously said "you can forget about it unless you buy mountaineering equipment". We found one that we had already dismissed because it was too small for us (but 2 next to each other were available). We then spoke with the administration and are allowed to buy both and merge the building plots, which makes it perfectly sized for our needs.

No, we’re not that far yet. I also have to deal with the huge project "moving" right now.
This time we would like to give our wishes in writing to construction companies and see what an architect comes up with for us.
On the new plot, it will come down to split level or single-story with staggered levels, because of the slope. We have already seen example houses that look like that.

I think around mid-July. That will be quite an effort. I hope the move from the interim to the new property will be more relaxed, because it's only 5 kilometers, not 600. ;)
