To my surprise, there is so much demand here in the countryside as well that I need a selection process before we do any viewings, yes. Let's see how we handle that. I first send all seriously interested parties our "information package" that we have prepared. You can already find out a lot from it. And whoever wants to view afterwards (I think that has been everyone so far), then we somehow have to pre-select. We'll see.

I believe that anyone who still responds to the classified ad in a local newspaper today must be seriously interested. Actually, what I mean to say is that the person is desperate. Whether they are also equipped with sufficient creditworthiness remains to be seen...
Good luck going forward!

Did you also provide your fax number? In case a staff member of the health department is interested

The appraiser was here yesterday.

Scheduled for 20-30 minutes. He was not even here for 10 minutes.

He took photos of the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room. Asked for the general property data and left.

I asked why it was actually done and he said it was merely for data verification.

So nothing like an appraisal in the sense one knows it.

Our bank appraiser just said it was an assessment to verify whether a house is valued correctly, and not about something cheap and 3 Porsches, or even an empty plot of land
