The priority of 11ant sometimes lies on lots of prose with very little content. You’re not alone with that.
Presumably, you can write him a private message or email to have the cryptic texts deciphered for a fee.
I happily take the joke about the idea that you could buy decryptors for my long sentences from me with humor, but as a result, I will now withdraw from this thread if my patient attempt to explain leads to misunderstandings. What you can indeed get from me "in exchange for blue tiles" is the proof that the methodology I recommend works.
Regarding @11ant’s posts, I have to say that I don’t read them anymore. Very rarely do I find content; almost always I have the feeling he writes only for himself. No offense intended, but it is simply an incredible amount of material he produces, picking out the needles from there is just too time-consuming.
Even though I find it a pity in the end, thank you for your feedback!
When writing, of course, the recipient’s mimicry is missing, besides I avoid three-word sentences (because I don’t want to insult the intelligence of my readers by talking to them like tabloid headlines). But if that is desired, I can gladly try that sometime.
Selling among acquaintances has the disadvantage that you remain connected forever and have to handle requests years later. Also, someone with the ability to pay has to be found. Acquaintances also think they can get a bargain,
Deaaaar people, now please finally stop with this black-and-white nonsense, just because I advise against online broadcast, it has not been recommended that you should try to sell your house within your circle of friends. I have even explicitly said that Family, Friends, and Fools are NOT meant. There are also shades of gray between the "Each & Everybody" portals and your own acquaintances :-(
I would write it out as 595K. Negotiable basis.
In my view, that will be paid: No construction stress. Nearly new house. No realtor costs. Ideal!
Exactly (not necessarily with this price now, but in terms of the construction principle). [Land price plus increase] + [House price 1:1 as with new build (because “wear and tear” and price increase cancel each other out)] + [Compensation for the condition that the house has already reached the status “completed without defects” and that no realtor is earning]. "Actuarially," I consider at most half of the construction cost increase reasonable for the latter; at the same time, this position would also be my whole negotiation buffer. So, now over & out :)
