:D:D That's a good one! What do you think, how many rent nomads, living beyond their means, appear financially sound? Let's quickly move away from superficialities… ;-) that's what the financing approval from the bank is for, then the small young family is just as solvent.

Somewhere there was once someone with financing approval, ETFs, and equity capital, who canceled after signing the notary contract… that can happen too….

If the first financing was as wild as the second... then I can absolutely understand the depression ;)

A life without risk does not exist. And people skills cannot always replace everything either. For me personally, it is about minimizing risk. I want to sell smoothly and without problems. At that time, I had a choice between 5 interested parties. Two made it to the shortlist. One of them was the young family from the neighboring town, who then asked really strange questions during the final discussion. It gave the impression that they hadn’t really dealt with everything that is involved.
The others were a couple, both in their mid-40s, fully engaged in their careers and had been searching for a long time. They were well prepared, had familiarized themselves with the location, etc.
For me, it was clear who would be awarded the contract.

Sort of. :D I was a bit perplexed about how Chiffre works. The ad was in the newspaper on Saturday, and yesterday the first batch of inquiries arrived by mail. I was surprised by the absence of emails (the newspaper also publishes online). Turns out: the online inquiries are also printed out and sent to us by postal mail. :D :D
