Strategy for selling a house - what is the best way to proceed?

You could also create such an "anonymous" ad on e.ay Classifieds. I have seen a few ads (I think also on Immoscout) where the price was listed as price on request (p.o.a.).

Yes, we might do that in a second step. For now, I’m waiting to see what the ad in the newspaper brings. Over the weekend, we also want to finish the photography work (we want to be able to send a few pictures to potential inquirers before they register for a viewing). And if there is little response, we will look further.

It is amazing how few objects then appear within a search radius of five and a half federal states.
Well, I only look from 2500m² plot size, but still amazing. I already look throughout the entire former GDR and fewer than 300 objects qualify.

Maybe you overestimate the former-ness of the region, and should research the members of the last SED district leaderships. Grandchild plots can also exist for political grandchildren. Friendship! ;-)

I will then tell people who show serious interest that I want a 5 at the front of the price (I can reasonably justify that).

In the meantime, I am more relaxed about it because our notary appointment is tomorrow.

No, that is only for the bank’s ULAs to file it away in a folder. Everything has to be in order. The financing is certainly already finalized.
