Strategy for selling a house - what is the best way to proceed?

If it really is an appraiser, he will probably create some kind of independent valuation report. Supposedly, this is also the case with our buyers regarding the purchase price/loan amount. Ultimately, it was just a property inspection, which was even conducted by the demolition expert via video.

However, I would basically not assume that the banks of the other two potential buyers would behave significantly differently.

In the end, it was the same with my sister, appraiser announced, but in the end the photos were enough..

In the end, I want the one where it goes the easiest..

Thank you very much for tagging me.

I'm currently mentally very overwhelmed anyway. Almost daily some things change in the evaluation.
I have to sort all that out in my head first.
I don't know if that's understandable – when you've made the decision that you want to "get out of here," then every month longer in the wrong place somehow feels more wrong – can you relate to that?

My sister has an apartment that she rents out, currently vacant. The consideration would actually be to take that first as a temporary solution, sell this place here – move down into the rental apartment (there I'll have to grit my teeth for about a year because of noise and space and such), and then take care of everything calmly down there on site.

Not a bad idea! Our construction phase was deliberately intensive (individual trades, a few special features, KNX done by ourselves), so I could hardly imagine building "remotely" anyway. How do you see it?

I also see it as difficult. I’m trying to convince myself mentally that it could work. Selling here, but with a right of residence for one year – but that’s all under pressure then. You have to move out here. You live for one year in a house that already belongs to someone else, also weird.
And remote also feels difficult to handle all the planning things.
Sanitary, bathroom showrooms, looking around, planning the kitchen, measurements, and so on. I would always have to do everything online, if possible, or send the family. It would be 100% easier if you were on site.

Based on what happened in the other thread regarding driving, I would advocate for 2 moves. Even if it is effort. But if you don't like driving ("more exhausting than working"), then building from afar is certainly not the right thing. Delegating to the family is nice and all, but you probably want to be there in person every 2-3 weeks.

Otherwise, I want to make a case for remote planning. In the end, you also look at a screen on site.
