I see it exactly the other way around at the moment, at least if you want to sell "well" (and not preferably look for the experience of many unnecessary acquaintances). But on that point, we already agree that it has entered your mind that you need exactly ONE buyer. Now it just has to further seep into your consciousness so that you can act accordingly.

Hearing more about off the beaten path things is not unusual. Deep Market and Dark Market are sometimes confused, but they are two different things.
