From an economic perspective, it all makes sense, but from a human perspective, it doesn't!

We advertised our house exactly once and he writes such nonsense...

But as you already wrote, for him just an embarrassing message and nothing to lose...

Then it is not difficult to counter that his information about the slow sale is simply wrong. Or just ignore him (just like the "final price" clientele on classified ad portals and the like).

Well then, just do 595k. It will balance out eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if you then get bids over 600k.

Now you're even surprising me, a prudish Protestant Prussian. What does this have to do with Geierwally?

I've now said it about 600k times that you should not list, especially not with a price.

*LOL*

But not advertising it is quite an obstacle when you want to sell it. :D I don't know where you get this shadow market and house darknet stuff from, but I have no access to that. Since I don't hear that from anyone else either, it sounds a bit fishy (no front).

I see it exactly the other way around at the moment, at least if you want to sell "well" (and not preferably look for the experience of many unnecessary acquaintances). But on that point, we already agree that it has entered your mind that you need exactly ONE buyer. Now it just has to further seep into your consciousness so that you can act accordingly. Hearing more about off the beaten path things is not unusual. Deep Market and Dark Market are sometimes confused, but they are two different things. I am way too conservative (self-assessment, my dear lady thinks "old-fashioned" is the more fitting term) to cook with anything other than water. Very classic craftsmanship, I've never smoked chemtrails. Humanists simply still know proven ways that turbo capitalism no longer even has on the radar - that's all.
