Yes, the thing with the construction company is a bit of an issue. Unfortunately, the plot is the only one in the area that is affordable and well located and has a developer tie-in :-/

"The clear raw floor height is approximately 2.625 m," exterior walls are 34.5cm thick and interior walls... yep... "according to structural requirements" (I would also like to have a value for that ;-) )

The plot is about 19*28m in size, possibly also 20*28.

We don’t have any exact information on the staircase yet. What would be the minimum there so that later on there are no problems with normal furniture, etc.?

Good point about the shower and lifting system!

What is marked as a hobby room in the basement is actually a study and guest room.

The idea about the stairs is also good. Leave out the turning upstairs!

Of all floors? With underfloor heating on the ground floor, it would result in a ceiling height of about 2.45 m (for example, we have a 19 cm floor structure). I would ask if it is possible to go higher here. What material are the walls made of? Is this a prefab house?

For the stairs, there are the famous three stair formulas. So it is comfortable if the tread (A) is at least wide enough to fit a foot on it - so everything from about 27 cm; the riser (S) should be such that you don’t feel like you have to exercise - so everything under 19 cm.

Freely according to the internet: Formula: 60 ≤ A + 2×S ≤ 66 (i.e. on average 63) Formula: 45 ≤ A + S ≤ 47 (i.e. on average 46) Formula: AS = 12 (i.e. on average 12)

If in doubt, stroll through a model home park and try it out - may also depend on individual preferences.

The walls are made of hollow bricks on the inside and Poroton+insulation on the outside.

2.45 is too low? We have about that now. We're already making the basement higher than proposed, I don't really know what to do with 2.20m minus the floor. I can hardly stand in there *g*

No lifting device is needed for the washing machine in the basement; a pedestal will be built for it and that's it. However, the shower & washbasin require a SANIBROY. If a toilet is added, a macerator within the lifting system is also necessary;-)
