However, this would cause access problems to the bedroom again, as well as issues with wardrobe placement, etc.

Besides, the staircase already seems planned with very tight dimensions.

The development plan / site plan excerpt is also missing ... is the roof allowed to be this steep? In the shower, it still starts on the right side of the plan with about 190 cm height ... so the shower head is rather on the left side of the shower area.

Right. There is somehow a solution for the door. But all the effort is not worth it if you plan a staircase that is way too small. 18.6/23.3 on 15 steps Norm and minimum standard are 19/26 The 23.3 on the curve become even narrower in the middle, so adults over 37 can't walk there at all.

Exactly, this aspect came up again just yesterday: so be careful not to transfer a design that works in a DG75 state without adjustments into a DG66 state.

It seems to me that the design is not really a "plan" but rather a reality taken 1:1 from a tried-and-tested catalog design, except mirrored. All the more it amazes me that the OP claims to have already seen this as functioning – could it be that the question was simply not asked to the residents whether they really accepted the catalog plan "as is"?
Because yes, the staircase also seems borderline comfortable to me, to put it kindly, especially at the landings and departures. It feels like you’re running your head against the wall or have to turn at right angles like a robot.

Thank you for the suggestions/opinions.

lol, I had an old account whose data I had forgotten. But my browser on the notebook had saved it, hence the wrong user. Please forgive me ;)

Yes, it probably needs to be a bit bigger. I inquired with 2 local staircase builders and they said roughly that a 2m x 2m ceiling opening would be enough to get a proper staircase over 2.92m....hm... but that still seems rather tight.

Uh no, the values correspond to DIN 18065 and despite the curve the 23.3 is reached on the walking line.

Yes, it's 45°. According to the development plan and floor calculation that fits in Lower Saxony with this floor plan for a 75er KS.

I had naively assumed that. The house we visited was shown to us by the builder. Deviations that we noticed we addressed, but on their own the gentleman didn’t really comment. So it really might be that this wasn’t the staircase  Good point.
