Interesting thread. I'll join in here. We have "for now" decided on Subway 2.0. Friends have once Villeroy & Boch and once Keramag - which models I still have to find out - and recommended Villeroy & Boch to us. They would be more satisfied with that. But I'll follow along here. Maybe more about the individual models will come up.

Ah.... "emptying the potty" means flushing ...

No - one of our little ones still regularly uses the potty. The contents are then logically emptied into the toilet. Occasionally, some residue sticks to the ceramic, which then has to be removed with the brush. My wife noticed that this is more difficult than before with the old toilet. She suspects it's due to the coating - where the brush just slips over.

The seating position (at least for me) is such that it falls directly into the water. Thus, such a problem (at least for me) occurs rather rarely.
