well, RBM means that with walls and so on, as well as the sloping roof, plaster is taken off. Then flooring... then you don’t put the bed directly against the wall, and actually the bed isn’t 2 meters long, but 2.20 with the frame... No, that’s not acceptable at all. You have to calculate 1.60 for the shower. Then take a curtain. Teenagers don’t clean. ... they like to bathe at night after the disco ;) ... after they have spread their shoes in front of the wardrobes :)

Yes, the questionnaire asks about the house including equipment, which for me would be: house including demolition of the old building, kitchen, outdoor facilities, pool, and possibly built-in furniture (in descending order of priority)

Yes, good point, we probably need to look at the detail level again. Although floor covering should be included? Ok, I thought 1.40 would be enough. That also explains why, despite multiple expressions of the wish for a "walk-in" shower, there still always ended up being a door. Then you could also consider swapping the shower and toilet and putting the shower in the corner... Ok, I’ll take that with me, primarily as a parenting tip :D

No, the killer here is not just the gardener (price), but together with the butler (development plan). On the one hand, it usually does not appear in catalog listings like "SD / PD / WD," and it usually gets the coup de grâce from the height specifications: as a two-slope roof, it has the problem of a quasi "lower ridge height," which can be reproached harshly, but as an "upper eave height," it lies too high. Hardly anyone dares to use Freeman types with it. The mansard hip roof shown here is expensive not because of the mansard shape or the hip, but because of the tent shape. As a two-stage gable roof, the mansard roof would deserve to stand in popularity at the place of the upper floor of the substitute villa, and a half-hipped roof could optimize it further for photovoltaic use. But given the reduction of apple varieties in food discount retail, it is practically only a "logical continuation" to also impoverish the genetic diversity of building culture. Therefore— even where it would only be motivated by Munich prices—my heartfelt thanks for every contribution to preserving the mansard roof from extinction!

No, "Personal price limit for the house, including fittings:" is without land or concerning the land. Land and additional construction costs do not belong to the house costs.

Ok. Land purchase is separate, that is clear. According to our estimates, we should be able to manage quite well (also including the additional cost points mentioned by me).
