Hello rick

do you read your postings?
Driven by envy? certainly not. Professionally, I deal with completely different calibers.
But on the subject of heat/brine, the thread starter should get advice again from an INDEPENDENT expert. I have 300 m² of heated area, 2 drillings of 75 meters each. I am very satisfied with both the heating performance and the cooling. And that with electricity costs well under 1,000 euros per year.

Yes, I read my postings. And do you have a pool that you want to heat for half a year? It will soon generate more heating load than the house. It also gets colder in Bavaria. Therefore, a stronger heating system is also necessary. I have also recommended him a consultant. If not out of jealousy, then why such an unnecessary and unconstructive comment with the yacht?

Hello rick

As I said, I come into contact with wealthy clients professionally. Houses are built there too. Around 2-3 million go quickly. But none of them are in a forum asking for support. They have advisors.

But do not answer the question regarding your comment ;) Nice for you that you know your business partners so well that they tell you whether they are active in forums, just quietly reading, or not interested at all. Surely kmk123 does not approach the matter typically but that doesn't matter for now. He came here to the forum to get support. And he should get it.

Hello rick

What answer were you expecting to hear? You probably wouldn't like it.
If you throw around some numbers in a forum like "2-3 million," one million more or less, who cares, then you should be prepared for such comments. Not everyone has that. And certainly not the average earners are represented here in the forum.
If you don't care whether building a house costs one or two million more, good for you. Financially, you don't have to live frugally. It just sounds a bit arrogant to me.

Hello Steven, then I would have preferred to hear exactly that from you rather than just throwing out a comment like that. I also do care about how expensive my house will be. The 2-3 million for the house from KMK123 I simply estimated and I still stand by it. Building in Bavaria is just as expensive as in BW. I never claimed that this shouldn’t matter. Especially since it’s not about my build... With the size + pool you certainly end up in such ranges. You yourself deal with wealthy clientele. The equipment can make an enormous difference (especially with the size). How do you know how I live financially? I know that neither this build nor mine are “normal.” Just like your 300 sqm house... But we should focus again on KMK123’s questions. Now I know what bothered you.
