City villa -> Your opinion on the floor plan, suggestions

Where is the whole thing supposed to be built? What are the 90k supposed to be used for? Heating, kitchen, interior finishing, electrical work? In my opinion, it is not enough... Doing the electrical work yourself also costs money...

about the floor plan: I find the floor plan very good, a very stately property. My only criticism might be the door to the study, but that has already been addressed. With the 90,000€ left for the rest, it will be very difficult. The kitchen alone cost us almost 21,000€, electric shutters for the entire house another 13,000€, the bathroom furniture (Villeroy & Boch model Memento) including fittings etc. was 9,500€, which together is already almost 45,000€, and I think you wouldn’t want to install a lower quality kitchen in such a house. I haven’t even included tiles, wall tiles for the bathroom, carpet, painting work, garden, terrace stones, paving stones, fence, heating, possibly energy-efficient construction, incidental building costs etc... May I ask where you are building and what the land price per square meter is?
