The basement has rotated again, hasn't it? Will it still get an exterior entrance? Otherwise, it is a classic photo of a standard drawing without dimensions. Whether furniture is shown reduced in size or not cannot be said. I would consider whether the furnishing should be like this: I find the bathroom a small disaster. It is equipped with outdated sanitary fixtures; I doubt whether the tub has a comfortable width of 89 cm. The shower in the small bathroom: how big should it be? In a draft, the measurements are very important. Only with them can it definitely be said whether the width of a room is sufficient or whether the length of the wall can accommodate the desired furniture. Changes are also hard to make on an undimensioned area. Have you already spoken with this home builder? When you work on a house with the [BU], you don't get a catalog picture, but a measured floor plan with site plan.

Hello everyone,

I was probably too quick again. Plans without dimensions just don’t help...
Here is a new plan with dimensions.

Could you perhaps take another look? That would be great!
I think that a straight staircase simply requires a lot of space!?

Thank you very much for your feedback!

You are planning approximately 1050 length for the dining area and kitchen, while the latter has just under 3 meters of width available. Even without furnishing, it is clear that the proportions are off: difficult to furnish in width, too much useless space in length, including in the area of the living room entrance. The kitchen door does not allow for sensible furnishing. The dimensions of the wardrobe would also be interesting.

These are already different plans again than in 3. Try furnishing them; the doors are partly in the most impossible places and destroy many furnishing possibilities.

How long is the staircase? Number of risers/tread depth? What is the floor height (not room height) that has to be overcome?

Unfortunately, I don't find the bathroom on the upper floor good at all. You enter into a dark hole.

And otherwise, crucial dimensions or furnishing approaches for assessment are missing ... e.g., also the master bedroom.

If you have children or visitors, it’s definitely fun. Please take a waiting number and enter one after the other.

Hello everyone,

we have now returned to Yvonne's original drawing.

In the floor plans, only the entrance in the north remains. However, we want to realign this to the east again. We might possibly sacrifice the pantry for a larger hallway.

What are your opinions on the following floor plans?

I already say thank you for your feedback!

Regarding the garage:

I have already considered providing a passage between the house and the garage. About 1.5 m distance is quite possible. Would you do that?
