If the geological report allows 60%, that is fine. I calculated the driveway at 50% in my draft.

A slope of 15% is usual and permissible. It is also easy to walk on. With a wheelchair or similar rather difficult. A stroller is good sporty activity.

Go to my last plan, there you have the answer. I don’t start over again and again. Of course, one can model the terrain, but do you want to?

We can also live well with 45 - 50%. It’s not only cheaper but above all also nicer than the walls of Little Troja. The stroller will only be relevant for a maximum of one year after completion. Therefore, in the end, it will probably look like that. Today and tomorrow we will probably receive various floor plans, which I will post, and the northern retaining wall will also be inspected.

For four (two times two) parking spaces, I would generally prefer the concept of grouping the two primary cars and the two secondary cars together, the latter at the small side table. And I would rather walk many times with my usually less than half a pound of trash an extra way to the bin than have another rolling path with the full bulky load. I really don’t like the house floor plan shown in post #234: the property needs a hillside-parallel elongated floor plan, not a square box. Wtf do you want with various floor plans, do you want to build a house or stick a floor plan collection album full? - I seem to remember offered to design your house and you would get the stamp guy for the submission of the plans. You need someone with hillside understanding who means well for you – and not a builder who pulls several houses from his catalog that can be propped up with a half above-ground basement.

There are currently no 2 x 2 cars yet, but I have to designate them for the residential units. The trash also goes down to the street to the designated CP.

is currently busy with his own project and kindly supports me remotely via the forum. The designs are also based on his ideas.

The album is created while evaluating the various providers. I leave it up to everyone to contribute their own ideas. For example, Grundsteinhaus wants to bring the basement up to ground floor level and shift the attic floor to the back. I’m curious how he envisions that. We’ll probably find out tomorrow.

It's really frustrating. Why doesn't anyone who makes money from this and charges for it come up with their own ideas?

I just don't understand it. We're also talking to two freelance architects on the side, and honestly, no original ideas came from them either.

The heights will probably be lowered by about 0.5-1m. Maybe I'll make the carport on the street side a bit lower to ease the driveway.

The dimensions of the basement, single-family house, and granny flat have also shrunk a bit. I'm not posting a floor plan now because too many changes are still being made.

The retaining walls are also not quite right anymore; some will be removed. It's important to me to be able to do completely without them on the north side. Now the search for the suitable wall begins. Who is your price-performance winner for my west terrace? Muschel, Lego, L, or something completely different?

Update:

Today the soil survey was finally carried out and the northern neighboring wall was inspected. It is higher than I had estimated. Namely 4 instead of 3 m 2.5 m in the first row, half a meter set back, then another 1.5 m.

The problem is: apparently neither drainage nor gravel was installed, only concrete. Now we wait to see what the engineers say, as my excavator operator fears damage if the construction pit is dug out. If there really are problems, I will have to plan the house towards the west.

Otherwise, we had a little more than 1 m of clayey soil until we hit muschelkalk. We are waiting for the results
