With 8% you need at least 2 m retaining walls on both the hillside and valley side of the driveway in the area of the house connections. This can work with the stepped house. I am looking forward to the design.

At the outlet, the overhangs are more critical, whereas along the slope curve the wheelbase and ground clearance become more important.
