Yes, that is all very adventurous, especially since I have a tree boundary that apparently I am not allowed to build on without exemption.

Thank you very much for the cross-section . In your design, the apartments are now next to each other, right? We already thought that one should integrate that or generally separate it, meaning one house per property. Between the lines, I heard that the only reasonable (and most likely approved) option is the set-back apartment in the basement.

No, you are not allowed to cut anything down there because it is a biotope.

On your property, there is a relatively large tree on the eastern boundary. Didn’t the surveyor measure the trees? From 30 cm tree diameter, you need a permit to fell.
