I already designed a 15% driveway for you with a low SW portion. 15% is little in relation to the property, which has 25%. That is easily manageable on foot. If someone with mobility impairment comes to you, they can just drive up with the car. You have to think with the slope. Some well usable flat areas arise with reasonable planning. The huge garage and hallway under the house do not belong to that. The development plan doesn't make it any easier either.
