we have now completed the excavation and earthworks including the retaining wall.

Have you found a planner and a construction contractor now, or did you just want to start spending money in the current fiscal year?

The neighboring house would be my taste ;)

Well, it’s already planned, trades for [Rohbau], electrical, windows, heating/plumbing are already contracted, plasterer/painter almost.

The work on the seals has now begun. Tomorrow the construction power will arrive and the day after tomorrow the crane. Then hopefully the work on the foundation slab will start

But I would be interested in the final planning.
