We will get the necessary exemptions for the driveway and wall height if we pay attention to a few small details.

We have already received a visualization that we like; the floor plan is not perfect yet, but unfortunately, I cannot upload it as a PDF. Also, price-wise, we are not far from my comfort zone anymore, and we can manage that with acceptable compromises.

Regarding your suggestion: it is really well thought out. However, we will move the house a bit further to the right to provide the children with as large a lawn area as possible. The house looks like a foreign body, does not want to fit the slope and surroundings. Is it really age-appropriate if the entrance and garage are in the UG? How high is the finished floor in the garage / UG?
